Hey Girl, It’s Lisa
licensed Aesthetician and Acne Specialist
Like most, 2020 was a pivotal year for me. Searching for a career change I took a permanent makeup course, but quickly decided that I was far too cautious to provide such services for my clients. Soon after I decided to enroll in aesthetics at my local school, graduated in 2022, and opened my first studio location in the heart of my hometown, Kernersville. It was there that I was able to reflect on my past skin troubles and found more than just a career, I developed a true passion for skincare.
Since then I’ve continued to faithfully serve my clients, hone my skills, and ceaselessly commit to learning. Towards the end of 2024 I decided it was time to expand and welcomed several new members to my team in early 2025. As a former acne sufferer and current Acne Specialist, I have seen personally and professionally how the condition of our skin can impact the way we feel about ourselves.
I truly understand how impactful skin transformation and healing can be because I remember how life changing it was for me. I’m here to be more than just your service provider. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, your coach, and your friend along the way.
Hello, I’m Caroline
licensed Aesthetician
I’ve always been interested in human anatomy and physiology for as long as I can remember. Originally I attended college to get my bachelors in kinesiology, but after graduating I realized my passion for helping others and skincare and I decided to enroll to get my esthetician license. Here at Afterglow Aesthetics we do more than just provide services, we help heal and treat the skin. This is where I like to say that beauty meets balance, because balance equals healing.
In addition to our core beliefs at Afterglow I also like to guide my clients towards feeling truly confident in their own skin by treating individual needs to enhance your natural beauty. I believe that we can support your overall well-being using a more holistic approach because the entire body is interconnected. We’re truly not just treating one part of it!
My goal is to always be transparent with you about products, ingredients, and treatments because your health and the health of your skin are of the utmost importance to me. Great skin can be a health and wellness journey and I’m happily here to be your tour guide.
Hi, I’m Hailey

My journey into aesthetics first started back in 2016 when I got my license. Shortly after though I was blessed with my first child and life took a different course for me. A husband, three kids, and a full house later I’m now ready to get back into the relaxing (and quieter) world of aesthetics. I truly love how this field is always changing! There is always so much to learn, new skills to hone, and techniques to improve upon.
When I’m not working or perfecting my craft you can find me spending time with my family, reading a book, or maybe even going to a concert. I’m all too familiar with the chaos that life can bring us, but my hope is that when you come to see me you can relax, unwind, and catch a little breather. It’s so important to take care of yourself both inside and out and I truly love providing services for the betterment of my clients.
Whether you’re here for a relaxing facial, a brow shape up, or anything in between- you’ll be in great company with me as your aesthetician.
